Venue Rental Includes:

  • Wynnewood has several beautiful wedding sites you can choose! From the Forest, lush Waterfall area, Trail with treelined path or by arbor and pond or in open meadow — we can find a place that matches your vision!

  • For up to 200 guests - including bridal party.

    White, padded chairs, round tables and long tables. Bistro tables for deck or cocktail area.

    Our linens are floor length table linens in black, white or ivory.

    Also several antique table choices for sweetheart table, registry, unity or memory tables!

  • Access to our collection of decorator hardware, including glass cylinders, lanterns, aisle stands and much more!

  • Different styles of altar pieces to choose from such as a giant floral ring, octagon, cross and more.

  • Our Elizabeth cottage for bride and bridesmaids to prepare for the day.

  • Use of our Jetty Jewel and Odell cottage for groom and groomsmen or however you would like to utilize for the day!

  • We are happy to include rehearsal time and provide table, chair, and linen setup for your rehearsal dinner if needed. Scheduling will be coordinated by Wynnewood based on availability. On the scheduled day, access for setup and decorations will begin after 3:00 PM, with all setup, decorations, and cleanup completed by 9:00 PM.

What’s Included: Access to venue and three cottages from 300pm Friday through Sunday at 1000am. All cottages sleep 2 persons each and have a small kitchen, queen size bed and full bathroom. All items listed normally included with our venue rental, apply as well.

Weekday Rentals - Monday through Thursday $3500

Same hours, 800am to 1100pm and all amenities listed for weekend rental dates, are included.

Additional Services and Notes

Wait Staff - $250 (includes 2 persons) If your caterer does not provide wait staff to be present during dinner; Wynnewood does require waitstaff to be hired. Wynnewood can provide from our list of previous waitstaff.

Bartender - $250 (per bar setup) Wynnewood requires client to use our approved bartenders.

Security Guard - $250 - This is determined if needed on an individual basis by Wynnewood based on guest count and type of alcohol being served.

Services above are paid by client directly to the staff in cash on night of event - Wynnewood does not bill for these services

Cost to reset indoor space from wedding to reception - $1000 This only applies to a planned in advance to have all chair setup for wedding indoors and then flip to a full reception set up with tables and decor.

Please note: Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
